Refund & Cancellation Policy
 

We, at The TUMUL, are working hard and tirelessly to provide you with the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our products once opened cannot be repackaged or resold due to high level of commitment to quality. We do not accept returns on open merchandise. However, only in unusual circumstances, if the product is damaged during product delivery then we offer replacement of the product. Product damage should be reported to us/respective marketing representative within 24 hours. You have to self-ship the product to our address. We will issue a refund claim which will be adjusted in the Invoice. Once we receive the product, we will perform quality checks and issue replacement/refund claim as per your requirement.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. The TUMUL is not responsible for damage after delivery of product. Please allow one to three days from the day you return your products for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete. All claims for damages or missing items must be reported to customer service/Marketing representative within 24 hours of delivery. Post 24 hours we will not be entitled to process your request. • Damages caused upon negligence or incorrect application cannot be covered under the Returns Policy.
• No exchange or return can be processed in case of no quality issues.
• We highly recommend lactose tolerance to use/consume our products.

Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed through https://TUMUL.coop can be cancelled before dispatch of Order. Post completion of delivery, orders will not be cancelled and no refunds will be made.

Out of stock items
we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. You can wish list your favourite product, once they are in-stock you will receive an automated notification from our end and you can place your order in one click.
